Using this site

This site is provided by Vidyavan to share information about our training programs and ClariQ, and to run the Vidyavan Jobs platform. By using it you agree not to misuse it — for example by attempting to disrupt it, accessing data you are not authorised to see, or submitting false information.

Jobs platform — candidates

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information in your profile, resume, and applications. When you apply to a role, the company you apply to can see your profile and resume. Vidyavan does not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment.

Jobs platform — companies

You must be authorised to post on behalf of the company you register. Postings must describe genuine roles and comply with applicable law, including equal-opportunity requirements. Postings are reviewed by Vidyavan before they go live and may be declined or removed at our discretion. Candidate information you receive may be used only for hiring for the role applied to.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

ClariQ

ClariQ is currently available from a preview address linked from this site. Terms specific to ClariQ, including handling of uploaded transcripts, are provided within ClariQ itself.

Liability

The site and the Jobs platform are provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Vidyavan is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site, including hiring decisions made by companies or candidates.
