What we collect

Through the Enroll and Contact forms: the name, email address, phone number, and message or course preference you submit. Through the Jobs platform: your account email and password (stored securely as a hash), your candidate profile and resume, or your company profile and job postings, and the applications you make or receive.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, to run the Jobs platform — showing candidates' profiles and resumes only to companies they have applied to, and showing companies' postings to candidates once approved — and to contact you about your account. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Where it's stored

Site data is stored with Supabase, our database and authentication provider, in their Mumbai (India) region. Resumes are stored privately and are only accessible to you, to companies you have applied to, and to Vidyavan staff who moderate the platform.

Your choices

You can update your profile and replace your resume at any time from your account. To delete your account and its data, email support@vidyavan.in from the address on the account and we will remove it.
